Institutional training and certification

The gap between what a member bank wants from the Programme and what its team can operate is the most common cause of delay in a market launch.

Training is delivered with Esprichoo Education Ltd, a Vancouver-based academic partner. A member bank employee who completes five or ten sessions and receives nothing recognisable has gained very little. Certification carrying a university’s name is worth holding, and worth studying for.

What is offered

• Programme-specific instruction on corridor mechanics and membership obligations.
• Broader banking and finance curricula through to accredited qualifications.
• Certification issued under the accrediting institution’s own name.
• Delivery in Dari, Pashto and English.

Toward a qualification standard

Training is currently elective. The intention is that defined roles inside a member bank will in time carry a minimum qualification requirement.
