The joint venture is directed by a board drawn from both partners, and run by an executive team based in Kabul. Further appointments will be announced as the programme moves into delivery.

Hojatullah Tariq Mojadidi
Board Member and Chief Executive Officer
Managing Partner at Moore Afghanistan, leading the Audit, Advisory and Tax practices across all 34 provinces. A US Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia and a licensed CPA in Afghanistan, with a BSc in Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics. Began his career with Deloitte, RM Advisory Services and RMA Associates. Directs ISA-compliant audits under IFRS and the IESBA Code across telecoms, financial institutions, state-owned enterprises, oil and gas, NGOs and hospitals, and has led fiduciary and compliance engagements for the World Bank Group, USAID, FCDO, GIZ and UN agencies. Has served on the Board of Supervisors of Afghan fintech and regulated financial services institutions. Speaks English, Dari, Pashto, Urdu and Arabic.
