The central bank and public bodies

We are able to present the Programme in the language of Afghanistan’s own regulatory framework, and to work through the specific questions a supervisor will have about where obligations attach and where funds sit. Initial conversations carry no commitment.

Licensed banks

A bank considering the Programme usually starts with two questions: which corridors would be worth entering, and what the institution would need to change to enter them. Both are answered before any agreement is discussed.

Development partners

Where a programme involves donor-funded disbursement or fiduciary oversight, our partner firm already operates to the standards those engagements require.
